Unexpectedly, and in a departure from their typical behavior, the City of Orlando promptly delivered records upon our request. We sought (for a second time) the design plans promised to the City by the OnePulse Foundation late last year.
On January 12, 2024, the City stated in records request 24-3093 that they hadn't received them from the dissolved nonprofit. However, by March 6, 2024, they swiftly provided the records on the same day of the request, at 9:44 PM.
These do not include the Design Briefs and Planning documents provided by the onePULSE Foundation to the competing design teams who participated in the nonprofit's international design competition. The onePULSE Foundation never responded to our request and never made these documents public.
